EZ Lift Bed Return Policy​

Please Note the EZLift Independence Bed is not returnable. 

EZ Lift Bed will accept all other returns* that adhere to the following:

Returns and cancellation requests must be received via email to info@ezliftbed.com in order to be considered. Texted and Web-chatted requests for cancellation, returns, or refunds will not be honored. 

Item must be “Like New” and repackaged in original packaging, including pallet, with original proof of purchase receipt. 

Item must be returned within 14 days of initial delivery.  Returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.  The buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds will not include initial shipping or white glove delivery fees.  Products that have been exposed to bare skin, body fluids, soiled, or stained cannot be returned and will not be accepted.

*Each return request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our customer service team, who will make the final decision regarding the eligibility for a return. And subject to the discretion of our customer service representatives.*

For legal and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following, and their price will be deducted from the potential refund:

  • Mattresses
  • Sheets
  • Mattress Covers
  • Mattress Toppers
  • Weighted Blankets
  • Bathroom Safety Products
  • Any cushions or backs
PLEASE NOTE: REFURBISHED BEDS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

If you need to return a product, please call customer service at (727) 382-4550 or email info@ezliftbed.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.  Please do not return items without an RMA Number.  Any product returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and no refund will be issued. Returns and cancellation requests must be received via email to info@ezliftbed.com in order to be considered. Texted and Web-chatted requests for cancellation, returns, or refunds will not be honored. 

Once an item ships the order cannot be cancelled. Cancelled orders will have a 3.5% fee deducted from refund.

Wholesale orders and orders placed by or through resellers are not returnable.

 

Refused Delivery 

If any package is refused delivery, you will be responsible for the original shipping AND return shipping.  Shipping fees will be taken out of any refund given. 

White Glove Delivery

Once an item ships, white glove delivery cannot be removed, and the order cannot be cancelled.  If a white glove delivery is a refused delivery, customer will be responsible for original shipping AND return shipping as well as the full cost of the white glove delivery.  These fees will be taken out of any refund given.

Refurbished Beds

Our refurbished beds are mechanically inspected and in like new condition. All refurbished beds are final sale, no exceptions. They are non refundable and non returnable. 

Damaged Delivery 

We have never had a bed arrived damaged to a customer. However, in the case that your EZLift Bed arrives damaged, missing parts, or somehow inoperable, please call us immediately. We will work with you to rectify this matter as quickly as possible, either by repair or replacement. Damaged beds may not be returned or refunded, but replacements and replacement shipping are free of charge.
