Fast, Free Shipping (Continental US)
Once your order has been placed, it will be submitted to our warehouse same day. Orders placed before 4 PM Eastern Standard Time on a weekday will ship out the following business day. Orders placed after 4 PM will add one additional business day to shipment. *If we are able to ship orders out sooner, we will do so.*
With every order, we include Priority FedEx Shipping. It is the fastest shipping option available on the market for an item this large: The delivery time is 2-5 business days. FedEx Priority Shipping provides a tracking number and requires a signature on delivery. FedEx is provided your contact information and will call you the day before the scheduled delivery date and tell you the delivery window.
The EZLift Bed is shipped in a large box with the mattress in airtight wrapping and securely fastened to the top of the box. Very rarely is there any issue with shipping and delivery, but if your box does not have a mattress strapped to the outside, inform your FedEx delivery personnel immediately and get the claim number they provide so it can be located promptly. We will work with you to rectify this in the unlikely event.
Accessory items, such as the E6 Battery, Waterproof Mattress Protector, and 2 Inch Mattress Topper, will ship via USPS Ground in a separate box, NOT with your bed.
Shipments refused at delivery will incur refusal fees and the return shipping fee would be deducted from any refund.
Orders upgraded with “White Glove Delivery” will be contacted for custom set-up. We work to secure your white glove delivery immediately, and always arrange the white glove when the bed ships. However, White Glove Delivery typically adds 2 business days to traditional shipping time, and can take up to 7 days to complete.
Please note: we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery of your order, however, once it has been shipped it is out of our control and cannot be cancelled. We will keep you posted of any shipping changes that we are aware of, but ultimately you become the contact for FedEx once your order is shipped. Occasionally there are heavy or inclement weather delays. EZLift Bed is not responsible for any delays caused by weather, terrain, or FedEx error, though we will do our best to help you rectify any issues as quickly as possible.
We include free continental USA shipping with all orders, however, if you are located in Hawaii and would like to place an order, we do have a shipping option available via FedEx. It is not the same FedEx Freight we use continentally, and the price is much higher. Hawaii orders will incur a $500 shipping fee and be provided the tracking information directly from FedEx.
Orders to Hawaii are encouraged to purchase a mattress separately so as to avoid any possible separation in the packaging during shipment. Please call, message, or email us with any questions about our Hawaii shipping and pricing.
Due to the size and weight of the bed, and subsequent cost of shipping, Hawaii bed sales are final sale. No returns possible.
International shipping is currently not available for the EZLift Bed, due to the size and freight requirements. If you feel you have a reliable freight option for your international order and are very determined to purchase the EZLift Bed, we are happy to discuss this with you, but will not be liable for the bed once it departs our warehouse.
Due to the size and weight of the bed, international sales are final sale. No returns possible.
