Gina was awesome!!!!! She went way beyond the "norm" to help me purchase this much needed bed for my mom, who is right now bedridden. She asked for my zip code to personally look up installers in my area. I was calling or texting her several times a day, and her patience with me was absolutely fantastic!!! She even helped me fill out my order form online. I truly appreciated all her help. If I lived in Florida, I would personally go and give her a hug to thank her with a dozen roses. Then give her a gift card to her favorite restaurant. And tell her to feel my appreciation with every single bite 😋. Thank you, thank you, and thank you. You were AWESOME!!!!😊

Haven't slept this good in 4 years
I have 3 bulging disc in my neck and arthritis in my lower spine and hips so being able to adjust everything in my bed to get to the right spot is incredible. Especially compared to the recliner I have been sleeping in for 4 years. Not to mention being able to get out of bed on my own. Couldn't be happier!

Under estimated....exceeded expectations
I was looking for a bed to use post major surgery. I started searching the internet and came across EZLift. The design of the bed and the ability to take a person from laying down, to a sitting position, to a standing position sounded like a dream.
I called their customer service and Gina helped me place the order and was so helpful through the whole P2P process. Gina is very courtesy and knowledgeable about the product, the epitome of Customer Service.
I received the bed within 3 days; I was truly impressed.
The bed lives up to the marketing material and video. The bed is extremely comfortable and has made this long recovery very comfortable.
