How does shipping work for a lift bed?
At EZLift Bed, we include shipping to your home at no cost. Our shipping providers will call you to schedule, and a signature is required. Shipping is to your door, driveway, or ground level garage.
If you need inside delivery or assembly, we offer those options as well! At checkout (after you enter your address), select "Premium In Room" shipping to have the shipping provider bring the bed into your home, or "In home installation" for assembly and we'll get right on it.

What is the weight limit of the Elevra Bed?
The Elevra Bed supports up to 297 lbs. For users above 250 lbs., we recommend adding a 2-3” mattress topper with anchor bands for enhanced comfort and support.
What is the difference between the Hi-Lo and Non Hi-Lo models?
The Elevra Hi-Lo Lift Bed offers full adjustability, including:
Height Customization – Raise or lower the entire bed from 20.5” to 39.7” for safer transfers and improved caregiver access.
Trendelenburg & Reverse Trendelenburg Tilt – Provides advanced positioning to promote circulation, reduce swelling, and enhance comfort.
The Elevra Rotating Bed (Non Hi-Lo Model) still includes:
