EzLift & Elevra Refund & Return Policy
At EzLift™ & Elevra, we strive to provide the best customer experience possible. We are one of the only adjustable bed companies that allow open-box returns on the bed base. However, due to the high costs associated with shipping, inspections, and ensuring the safety of future customers, certain deductions will apply.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the Return Policy below.
General Return & Cancellation Policy

All return and cancellation requests must be submitted via email to returns@ezliftbed.com.

Text and web-chat requests will not be honored.

Beds must be in "Like New" condition, fully repackaged in the original packaging (including pallet), and include the original proof of purchase receipt. EZLift Bed (nor it's representatives or vendors) are not responsible for packaging beds for return under any circumstances.

Returns must be shipped and delivered to the returns department at EZLift Bed within 14 days of delivery.

Any shipment returned in non-“Like New” condition will not be eligible for a refund.

Mattresses and other sanitary items (listed below) are non-returnable due to legal and health restrictions.

Assistance regarding the function of your bed is covered by the EZLift Bed Warranty Policy, not the return policy
Swift Rollator Walker – Return Policy
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you need to return your Swift Rollator Walker, we offer a 30-day return window under the following conditions:

The walker must be in "Like New" condition with no signs of use, damage, or wear.

The product must be returned in its original box and packaging.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

No restocking fee will apply for walker returns.

Non-Returnable Items
For legal and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items, and their price will be deducted from any eligible refund:

Sheets

Mattress Covers

Mattress Toppers

Weighted Blankets

Bathroom Safety Products
Cancellations & Refused Shipments

Orders canceled before shipping will incur a 3.5% processing fee deducted from the refund.

Orders canceled after shipment will be charged the full shipping cost (both to and from the destination).

Refused deliveries will be treated as a canceled order and will be charged the full shipping cost (both to and from the destination).
Home Installation Orders

Once an item ships, home installation fees are non-refundable.

Home installation does not include repackaging for returns

If home installation is refused at delivery, the customer will be responsible for:

Full home installation fee
Refurbished Beds - FINAL SALE

All refurbished beds are mechanically inspected and sold in "Like New" condition.

Refurbished beds are FINAL SALE – no returns, no exceptions.
Damaged Deliveries
In the rare event that your EzLift or Elevra bed arrives damaged, missing parts, or inoperable, please call us immediately so we can make it right.
Damaged or inoperable beds are covered under the warranty policy, not the return policy. EZLift Bed will repair or replace the item at no cost as deemed by the warranty and support departments.
Damaged beds cannot be returned or refunded.
Evidence in the form of photos and videos will be required within 2 days of receipt of any allegedly defective or inoperable item. EZLift Bed is not responsible for repackaging returned items under any circumstances.
Need to Return a Product?
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below carefully. Returns that do not meet these guidelines will not be accepted or refunded.

Email returns@ezliftbed.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. This is required for all returns.

Do NOT return any item without an RMA Number. Unauthorized returns will be refused and no refund will be issued.

Returns must include the original pallet.

DO NOT return a bed without a pallet. Beds returned without a pallet are at high risk of shipping damage, which will render the bed non-returnable and non-refundable.

The bed must be repackaged in its original box, and be in “Like New” condition, including all accessories.

Neither EZLift Bed, nor it's representatives, are not responsible for packaging beds for return under any circumstances.

All approved returns will incur:

A 15% restocking fee

Return shipping costs.

A deduction for any non-returnable items, listed above

Refunds will not include the original shipping or home installation delivery fees.
- Once the bed is received, it will be cosmetically and mechanically inspected before the refund is issued. Any damage will be documented and deducted accordingly.
