Recommended use for the EZLift Bed Replacement Legs:

4 Inch legs -- Used to shorten a Twin size bed (recommended for users 5'3 or shorter) 

7 inch legs -- Used to shorten a Twin XL bed 

10 Inch Legs -- Used to raise a Twin size bed to make it higher from the ground for taller users and caregivers
