Which size fits her?
The Deluxe Twin is recommended for heights 5′1″ to 5′9″. The Deluxe Twin XL is recommended for 5′10″ to 6′3″.

How does it get to her house?
Standard shipping is free in the continental U.S. In-stock orders normally ship the next business day, with standard delivery typically taking about 5–7 business days. Remote locations may take longer.

Can you help with in-home installation?
In-home installation is available in most locations as an optional service. It requires additional scheduling time; the product page advises approximately 7–12 business days total with standard shipping.
The Deluxe uses a wired handheld remote for sleep, sit and stand-assist positions, plus back and leg adjustments. The arm-rail pockets give the remote a place within reach.
Independent use depends on the person’s mobility, balance and ability to operate the controls. If you are unsure, discuss suitability with your parent’s care team and call us with product questions.
Does it include a mattress?
Yes. A 6-inch memory foam mattress is included with the Deluxe. The bed and mattress arrive together as part of the purchase.

What is covered?
New bed purchases include 6 years of total warranty coverage: a 1-year manufacturer warranty plus 5 years of extended coverage through Mulberry, at no additional cost.
Coverage is subject to the applicable warranty terms and exclusions. Read the manufacturer warranty policy and ask our team about the extended coverage.

I am finalizing the styling of her bedroom and will send pics when finished. The current wallpaper is a metallic silver -pic in subsequent email—and the bed blends perfectly. She didn’t have to trade style for necessary functionality. The marketing videos for the Elevra are very effective but honestly don’t do the bed justice. The Zero-G and side exit are literal lifesavers. I will send more pics when the styling is complete. Functionality is the big selling point but my Mom wouldn't have anything that looked "institutional" or

I have 3 bulging disc in my neck and arthritis in my lower spine and hips so being able to adjust everything in my bed to get to the right spot is incredible.
