- Missing zipper casing?
Check under the head of the bed (lift the head with the Head Up button)
- Missing accessories (sheets, toppers, battery?)
These are shipped separately from the bed. The tracking # of accessories should be in your shipping confirmation email. Please review it for direct tracking, or contact support if the tracking was not provided: Support@ezliftbed.com

EZLift Bed, EZLift Deluxe, or EZLift Hi-Lo PRO: Plus check under the bed to see that the remote is properly plugged in and has not become loose. Check the cord for damage.
- If not handled, please submit ticket above so we can quickly rectify.
If Elevra Deluxe or Elevra Hi-Lo:
- Please allow a 5 second break and try pressing the button again. These buttons “lock” the remote as a safety precaution
- Please unlock the remote by turning the lock on the back of the remote to the right with the key attached to the remote cord
- Please double check under the bed to ensure plugs have not come loose. It’s recommended to unplug the cords from the control box ONE AT A TIME and plug back in very tightly to ensure they have not become loose.
- Perform a remote reset:
Elevra Hi-Lo Remote Reset:
Press and hold the left and right buttons on the third row for 30 seconds.
The foot board and head board will raise all the up at the same time, then go back flat. Hold the two buttons down for the entire time there is movement.
Elevra Deluxe Fixed Height:
Press and hold the left and right buttons on the last row for 30 seconds.
The foot board and head board will raise all the up at the same time, then go back flat. Hold the two buttons down for the entire time there is movement.
EzLift Deluxe Twin / Twin XL
Press and hold the left and right buttons on the first row for 30 seconds.
The foot board will raise up and adjust, then go back flat. Hold the two buttons down for the entire time there is movement.

Many users are able to make slight modifications to the bed or setup in order to increase their ability to use the bed. This is a personal preference and always depends on the mobility of the user. Here are some recommended solutions:
- Change out the legs for a more accommodating size (shorter or taller)
- Add a Couch Cane or Stander pole or similar item for stabilizing
- If safe, employ the use of a ramp or step to help getting into the bed if the bed is too tall/the seat is too deep
- Users can also employ different positions to get into the bed, including entering from the side or adjusting the position to a seated position to make it lower and easier to get into
For standard EZLift Bed: Softer mattresses can be purchased from retailers in person or online. The specs are: 6 inches thick (not more), foam or gel mattress (bendable)
- Alternately, a mattress topper can be added to the standard EZLift Bed, EZLift Bed Deluxe, or Hi-Lo PRO. We recommend adding a 2-3 inch topper with anchor bands which will secure to the outside of the mattress for extra cushion. Do not put the topper inside of the zipper casing.
Here is how we can help. For our EZLift Bed line: Alternate legs can be purchased to increase or decrease the height of the bed
- For a twin bed, 10+ inch legs will increase the height by approximately 3 inches. 4 inch legs will decrease the height by approximately 3 inches
- For a twin XL bed, 12+ inch legs will increase the height by approximately 2 inches and the 7 inch legs will decrease the height by approximately 3 inches
Elevra: The height of the bed can be adjusted by choosing different screw holes for the legs and tightening appropriately
Elevra Hi-Lo: Using the “Hi” or the "Lo" button will increase and decrease the height of the bed for entry and exit or general use

- Elevra + Elevra Hi-Lo have a built-in backup battery which does not require additional assembly
As a courtesy the warranty is registered automatically and the warranty documents will be emailed to you within a few weeks of receiving your new bed. The first year is with EZLift Bed and any of the following years are through a national warranty company called Mulberry. The contact/claim information is provided in the email Mulberry sent within those first few weeks.
