EZLift™ Bed Return Policy

The EZLift Bed and EZLift ORIN Bed have DIFFERENT return requirements. Please read on to find the return policy that specifically applies to your bed. 

PLEASE NOTE: REFURBISHED BEDS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

EZLift  Bed will accept all other returns* that adhere to the following:

Returns and cancellation requests must be received via email to returns@ezliftbed.com in order to be considered. Texted and Web-chatted requests for cancellation, returns, or refunds will not be honored. 

EZLift Bed must be “Like New” and repackaged in original packaging, including pallet, with original proof of purchase receipt. 

The Orin - Deluxe Rotating Lift Bed is only acceptable for return if UNOPENED, in the original boxes. Deductions for return shipping and 15% restocking apply. No exclusions.

Item must be returned within 14 days of initial delivery.  Returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.  The buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Refunds will not include initial shipping or home installation delivery fees.  Products that have been exposed to bare skin, body fluids, soiled, or stained cannot be returned and will not be accepted.

Each return request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our customer service team, who will make the final decision regarding the eligibility for a return. Returns are subject to the sole discretion of our customer service representatives.

For legal and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following, and their price will be deducted from the potential refund:

  • Mattresses
  • Sheets
  • Mattress Covers
  • Mattress Toppers
  • Weighted Blankets
  • Bathroom Safety Products

If you need to return a product, please email returns@ezliftbed.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.  Please do not return items without an RMA Number.  Any product returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and no refund will be issued. Returns and cancellation requests must be received via email to returns@ezliftbed.com in order to be considered. Texted and Web-chatted requests for cancellation, returns, or refunds will not be honored. 

Once an item ships the order cannot be cancelled. Cancelled orders will have a 3.5% fee deducted from refund.

Wholesale orders and orders placed by or through resellers are not returnable.
